The core of our business is the acquisition of land
suitable for residential development to create
fabulous new homes. This includes the identification of derelict
and redundant farmland, urban redevelopment and sites with the benefit
of planning permission but where the best use has not been made
of the site.
Our direct involvement with agriculture and development means that
we have a unique combination of skills to help land owners unlock
undervalued assets by undertaking a whole farm appraisal. These
appraisals are completed free of charge and without obligation.
We are quite happy to accept the risks and costs involved in taking
on this work regardless of the outcome of the planning application.
Once a suitable site is found, we enter into a binding option agreement
with the owners at a fixed price subject to gaining the necessary
planning permission. This option can only be exercised upon a successful
planning outcome. The land owner bears no costs and gains by the
increased value of the land. If planning is unsuccessful or we decide
not to proceed, there are no costs to the owner.
We operate with landowners to make the most of any land or buildings
which are not currently being used or made the most of. Our experience
in farming means that we are sympathetic to and build in the needs
of the landowner in any future development.
